The skills learned and practiced by both Dr. Laluya and Dr. Pillar allow them to be very successful in the treatment of occupational injuries. Both physicians have excellent bedside manner and have worked very hard to maintain a high level of trust with their patients and not be stereotyped as the ‘company doctor’. This philosophy has fostered considerable satisfaction amongst our patients and has kept the employee within our medical system. We believe maintaining this level of trust directly allows us to drive down the overall cost of medical care. When we give a patient advice concerning treatment or return to work status we want that individual to feel confident in our decision making and comfortable in their return to work.
